2005 6.0L Mystery carbon monoxide leak
2005 Ford 6.0L: Notice soot build up on left side, rear of head. The flex joint was found to be the leak point
2006 Ford Superduty 6.0. Whisle noise under acceleration and boost. Note suspect area of carbon at base of flex joint.
Pipe removed and fault is obvious. It was leaking for a while.
A new pipe installed. The cab lowered back down, secured and back in our customers hands.
2004 Chevy Duramax: Low mileage but very poor performance. Note injector inlets full of rust.
Duramax: Note clogged injector inlet center of picture.
Problem: Ford 7.3L: Diesel fuel was accumulating in the engine coolant? Reason: Leaking injector cup. Note fracture/split in cup. Also pictured is a new cup and injector.
03 Dodge Durango: That noise you hear when you step on the clutch. In this case the release bearing welded itself to the transmission front bearing cover.
